Corporation Mayor V V Rajan Chellappa accompanied by Corporation Commissioner Kathiravan, received the award from Honorable Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, J. Jayalalitha during the Independence Day Celebrations at Chennai.

MK Infracon, has adopted 21 Gram Panchayats in AP, Karvetinagar Mandal, Chittoor District for Smart Village Sponsorship. In this various basic amenities for urban poor, such as Drinking Water, Swachh Bharat Mission, Roads, Public Toilets has been implemented.
