"MK Infracon" has adopted 21 Gram Panchayats in AP, Karvetinagar Mandal, Chittoor District for Smart Village Sponsorship. In this various basic amenities for urban poor, such as Drinking Water, Swachh Bharat Mission, Roads, Public Toilets has been implemented.

"MK Infracon" has sponsored Mineral Drinking Water Plants (RO) under NTR SUJALA SRAVANTHI in RKVB Pet and Katherapalli MPTC jurisdictions, which covers more than 10 Gram Panchayats serving approximately around 40+ villages.

MK Infracon has successfully hosted the MK Cricket League 2015 on August 15th 2015, as part of Indian Independence Day Celebrations. This tournament featured 6 teams, mainly staff members.

List of Teams included The Challengers, The Dynamites, The Ultimates, The Strikers, The Crushers and The Victorious.

3 League matches were played with winners getting entry into semifinals, where in the each team played 2 matches.

Top 2 teams (The Dynamites Vs. The Challengers) played the final game, which was won by The Dynamites.
